Gestão da Diversidade e Estudo de mercado

Member of GRUSCCO - Research Group on Subjectivities, Communication, and Consumption registered with CNPq and based at PPGCOM ESPM, and also a member of LongevLab at ESPM, São Paulo. With a solid career in fashion retail communication from 1995 to 2013, I worked with renowned companies such as Vila Romana, VR Menswear, Ermenegildo Zegna, Calvin Klein, and Arezzo. During this time, I gained extensive experience and leadership in planning, press advisory, production and advertising, website development, social media, visual merchandising, and market research. I was responsible for Arezzo’s entry into the digital environment. In 2013, I shifted my focus to communication and gender studies. This journey between market and academia has allowed me to build a broad repertoire and a holistic view of communication as a social and emancipatory practice. Currently, I work as a mentor or communication consultant for educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, or companies seeking to implement affirmative actions and inclusive communication policies. Areas of interest: emancipatory communication; diversity; gender; aging; public policies; culture; NGOs.
